Terms & Conditions
1. Terms of trade
a) Payment to accompany orders. Telephone, fax, and web orders using Mastercard and Visa are welcomed. Credit cards are charged immediately prior to first delivery.
b) Delivery ASAP by courier or your rural mail contractor. Please allow up to 14 days at season peak times.
c) No minimum order size.
d) All prices include GST. A tax invoice will be issued with each delivery.
e) Refunds and exchanges: we guarantee the quality and materials of our products. Any items you have purchased on-line and wish to return, please do so within 30 days. Please return your items with traceable post. Upon receipt of your returned items we will exchange or refund as you direct.
2. Currency All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Prices include GST (applicable to NZ customers only).
3. Delivery Delivery to North America :
We will confirm the delivery charges with you prior to shipment.
Delivery to New Zealand :
We will confirm the delivery charges with you prior to shipment.
Delivery to UK/Europe :
We will confirm the delivery charges with you prior to shipment.
Delivery to South America :
We will confirm the delivery charges with you prior to shipment.
Delivery to Australia :
We will confirm the delivery charges with you prior to shipment.
Delivery to Asia/Pacif Islands :
We will confirm the delivery charges with you prior to shipment.
Delivery to Africa/Middle East :
We will confirm the delivery charges with you prior to shipment.
Delivery of goods within New Zealand will be by Post.
Overseas delivery will be by International Airmail.
Goods will be shipped once payment has been validated.
4. Privacy Policy It is our policy not to pass your details on to any other company or third party organisation.
5. Security The details that you enter will be encrypted and secured by our Thawte secure server software (using SSL technology).
This is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure transactions.
